Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Eight

Just the sun breaking through the leaves of a tree.

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Seven

I was enjoying some iced coffee I just made and realized it might make a cool photo. So, I set it on the end table next to me and snapped a few shots... theeeeeen I drank the rest of it.

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Six

How convenient that when I stopped by the tennis courts to take today's photo, that there was a nice looking tennis ball sitting there waiting for me. Abandoned by his owner, could have been a her I guess, but abandoned none-the-less, it will now live on forever immortalized in this photograph. It's poetic! Oh... yeah, well I abandoned it too. Who needs another tennis ball around the house?

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Five

A little late on posting this one, but it was definitely taken yesterday. I was driving through Baldwin City and noticed a playground that I hadn't seen before. I think I'll snag some photos for other days from there a little later on. It's a nice place for some good pics. Hope you like these!

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Four

I've got to say I'm really disappointed with this photo. Not for what it's of, but because of the graininess. There was ample light to have very low ISO, but for some reason the Auto ISO on the Droid X decided to make it so high that it produced this much grain in the bright sunlight. Very disappointing. I took a few to see if it would adjust but they all had the same results. I don't think there's any adjustments I can make with this thing to change it either. Hopefully this problem doesn't linger.

I took a 60 second portrait of the windmill, because I found the noise it made to be really surprising. I thought it would just be turning silently in the wind. As it would turn out, it was anything but silent.

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-Three

I thought I already had a photo similar to this up on the blog, but I took it anyway while I was at Wal-Mart just because I thought it looked cool and there was no one around. So, I got home and checked to make sure I wasn't repeating a day and I couldn't find anything like it. 123 days in and I'm forgetting what I took!

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Twenty-One

Today, Meagan makes her second post ever! She took this one of Liam while he was watching Saturday Morning Cartoons.

This is a good example for a comparison of a 5MP camera vs an 8MP one. Meagan's photo was taken with her 5MP Fascinate. As you can see, there's really not a noticeable difference in the quality of the images.

Here's mine for the day. A very nicely restored VW Bug I parked next to at Target.
