Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Sixty-Five

The state parks reopened today after the employees performed damage estimates from Irene rolling through a few days ago. Since we had only planned to stay one full day, we hardly packed anything. We went to Target and WalMart and got some new clothes and essentials, but failed to get any really good hiking shoes/sandals... so we were limited to walking around a small lake. We really enjoyed it and it was such a perfect day, I've got absolutely nothing to complain about. The weather and the views were beautiful.

Android 365: Day One-Hundred-Sixty-Four

Today we set out to go and explore some of the national forests of the area. We were sad to see that they were closed. So, we made the best of it and just drove around with the windows down with no particular direction in mind. We found this old Cadillac and some really nice little places to eat.

Day of the wedding. Hurricane Irene started showing her face right after the ceremony. It turned out to be a really excellent wedding. The people made it unforgettable. Congratulations Jenni and Jake!
